Luxury Swiss watch and jewelry brand Piaget has unveiled a new boutique on Palm Beach’s renowned Worth Avenue, marking the brand’s return to Florida. Located in The Esplanade, this new boutique follows the recent closure of Piaget’s Miami Design District location, according to Greg Weeter, President of Piaget America.
“We’ve always considered Worth Avenue one of the key luxury avenues in the U.S.,” Weeter said. “It’s recognized worldwide, and I felt this was the perfect location to return to Florida in a truly unique way.”
The boutique’s design celebrates both the brand’s legacy and the coastal charm of its new location. Combining elements from Piaget’s signature mosaic style with the resort-inspired design of the Piaget boutique in Bodrum, Turkey, the store’s interior features intricate mosaics that evoke the natural beauty of the area. One wall features a mosaic design that mimics the shape of a palm tree, with brown, black, and golden stones arranged in a flowing pattern. Another mosaic captures the green and blue hues of Piaget’s Opal stone watch dial, arranged to resemble the movement of waves.
“The mosaics are my favorite part of the store,” Weeter said. “They incorporate elements of the sea, while staying true to the DNA of the brand. It’s a truly unique space, unlike anything else in the world.”
The boutique’s opening also coincides with Piaget’s 150th anniversary, and to celebrate the milestone, the store will offer a selection of exclusive watches and jewelry. This includes Piaget’s ultra-slim Polo 79 watch, which recently won the Iconic Watch Prize at the Geneva Watchmaking Grand Prix, widely regarded as the Oscars of the watch world.
