Lark & Berry, a luxury jewelry brand known for its global-inspired designs, has officially opened its first U.S. location in Houston, marking a significant expansion for the company. The Houston store, a 1,500-square-foot midcentury modern bungalow built in the 1950s, offers a sophisticated and unique shopping experience.
The boutique, reimagined by founder Laura Chavez and her team, draws inspiration from the elegant charm of London’s Mayfair district. The interior features a sleek and airy design, with a bright, inviting space that includes a patio and a lush floral facade, offering a blend of modern style and vintage appeal.
Lark & Berry is renowned for its jewelry collections, which are influenced by global design trends. In addition to offering ready-to-wear pieces, the store provides bespoke design services and curated experiences, including personalized ear styling, giving customers a tailored luxury experience.
Chavez, who spent part of her childhood in Houston and attended Rice University, said the city was the perfect place to introduce Lark & Berry to the U.S. market. “Houston is warm, welcoming, and has a strong sense of community,” she said. “The city’s appreciation for quality and elegance made it an ideal location for our brand.”
Chavez also expressed her love for the Upper Kirby area, noting its blend of accessibility, centrality, and exclusivity. “The area’s British-inspired charm is a perfect match for Lark & Berry’s heritage,” she added.
