Jewelers of America (JA) has unveiled a new sales tool aimed at helping retail jewelry associates educate customers on natural and lab-grown diamonds. The resource, titled Counter Intelligence: Just the Facts about Natural & Lab-Grown Diamonds, offers an unbiased, factual guide that highlights the key differences and similarities between the two types of diamonds.
Designed for use at jewelry store counters, the brochure provides a quick and reliable reference for sales associates, giving them the knowledge needed to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their personal values and preferences.
