Renowned Australian jeweler Margot McKinney has found a new permanent home for her exquisite creations at The Peninsula Beverly Hills.
“We feel that The Peninsula really aligned so well with our family values and the way that we like to provide exceptional service for our customers and collectors,” McKinney said during the boutique’s grand opening.
The McKinney family has been crafting fine jewelry since 1884, and this boutique showcases some of the brand’s most significant masterpieces. Among them is the Mariana Collier, a $2 million creation inspired by the Great Barrier Reef, featuring:
29 Australian South Sea baroque pearls
Green beryl, aquamarines, tourmalines, sapphires, diamonds, tsavorites, and paraibas
18-karat gold settings
The boutique offers a range of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, many drawing inspiration from coral reefs with vibrant hues of purple, green, and pink. Pearls—particularly rare and unique varieties—are a signature element across McKinney’s designs.
This marks a milestone moment for McKinney, following her success at The European Fine Art Fair (TEFAF), where her jewelry received international acclaim.
