Hasan Aydin, a resident of Hereford, has admitted to supplying ecstasy with the intent to distribute cannabis, ketamine, and cocaine.
During a police raid on June 13 at Aydin’s residence on Union Walk, authorities discovered a quantity of ecstasy, cannabis, ketamine, and cocaine, along with £3075 in cash. The 25-year-old pleaded guilty to charges of supplying ecstasy, possession with intent to supply other drugs, and possession of criminal property at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court the next day.
In accordance with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, Aydin’s assets were seized for a period of six months. These include his Oyster Rolex watch, a gold chain with a certificate of authenticity, a gold bracelet, a gold pendant, and the seized cash.
Aydin has been granted conditional bail pending his sentencing at Worcester Crown Court on July 12. Conditions of his bail include residing at his home address with a monitored curfew, surrendering his passport to Hereford police, and appearing in court as required.
Authorities await the judge’s decision on his sentencing.
