The Diamond Lounge provides an intimate setting where individuals or couples can enjoy private consultations with Bell & Brunt’s master designers. Clients can discuss design preferences, view exquisite diamonds and gemstones, and try on various pieces while receiving tailored style advice.

The Lounge is designed for luxury, featuring plush velvet chairs, a concierge desk for expert guidance, and a complimentary champagne service. A live workshop on-site allows clients to watch jewellers handcraft custom pieces, offering a glimpse into the creation process. Clients can also order a personalized video of their custom ring being made to fully engage in the experience.
The Studio’s redesign combines modern luxury with a century of heritage, using rich European walnut finishes and showcasing the history of Bell & Brunt. Consultations are complimentary, with clients only required to pay a deposit once their custom design and diamond are finalized. This approach ensures a tailored experience without obligation.
Bell & Brunt’s Studio at James Place offers a unique and memorable experience for those interested in exquisite custom jewellery. The Studio is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 12:30pm on Saturdays.
