Rowan Expands with New Location at Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta

Rowan, an ear piercing studio and jewelry brand, is planning to open a new location in Atlanta’s Lenox Square. The 715-square-foot shop will be situated near the upper level of Macy’s, between Swatch and The North Face, according to a building permit filed with the City of Atlanta.

Rowan provides piercing services by registered nurses, using needles or a hand-pressurized device rather than piercing guns. The studio uses only hypoallergenic earrings made from premium metals.

Founded by Louisa Serene Schneider, Rowan began as an at-home piercing service. The company later transitioned to a brick-and-mortar model and now plans to expand its retail presence across the U.S.
