Swarovski has unveiled its newly refurbished boutique at Zurich Airport in collaboration with Avolta, enhancing the shopping experience for luxury travelers during the festive season. The boutique, designed with the brand’s WonderLux retail concept, features an elegant blue color scheme — one of Swarovski’s signature House colors — perfectly complementing the gleaming allure of its crystal products.

Located in a prime area of Zurich Airport, a key hub for international travelers, the boutique offers a wide selection of Swarovski’s exquisite crystal pieces ideal for gifting. Shoppers can explore the brand’s renowned jewelry collections, including the Millenia and Matrix ranges, alongside a curated selection of home décor, watches, and accessories.

Elevating the Luxury Retail Experience

Andreea Marginean, Swarovski’s Head of Global Travel Retail, expressed her excitement about the new store, saying, “One of my priorities is to bring Swarovski’s unique customer journey to travel retail, showcasing our brand’s creativity, style, and impeccable customer service. This boutique is Swarovski’s first dedicated Monobrand collaboration with Avolta at an airport, marking a milestone in the brand’s strategic focus on Zurich as a key luxury destination. It also expands Swarovski’s presence in global travel retail, reaching international travelers with a memorable shopping experience.

The new retail universe, created by Swarovski Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert, embraces a bold and colorful aesthetic, inviting customers to step into an “extravagant space” that sparks wonder, much like a jewelry box filled with treasures.

Swarovski’s WonderLux concept features a distinctive design with octagonal showcases, metallic and fluted glass finishes, and sensorial touches of gross-grain silk and velvet.
