CBP officials announced the seizures on Tuesday, emphasizing their continued commitment to protecting both consumers and businesses from counterfeit goods. “CBP continues to play a crucial role in protecting the consumer and businesses from the importation of fraudulent merchandise,” stated Steve Bronson, Port Director of Champlain.
Bronson praised the efforts of CBP officers and import specialists, saying, “I’m proud of the outstanding job our officers and import specialists do in targeting these shipments and identifying these violations.”
