The Namangan Gold Factory, a new jewellery enterprise, is set to be launched in the Namangan region with collaboration from the Turkish Lucca Gold Factory. The project is expected to attract an investment of $5 million.
The initiative was discussed in a meeting between regional khokim Shavkatjon Abdurazakov and the management team of the Turkish company, where both parties acknowledged Namangan’s potential for boosting jewellery production and exports.
The Turkish company has already begun searching for a suitable location to build the factory, according to reports from the regional hokimiyat.
