Tiffany & Co. has officially debuted its Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder collection, transforming its iconic Fifth Avenue flagship into a dazzling aquatic dreamscape. This year’s high-jewelry masterpiece pays homage to the profound mysteries and splendor of the ocean, interpreted through the House’s storied craftsmanship and a bold new creative vision.
A Legacy Reimagined
Spearheaded by Nathalie Verdeille, Tiffany’s Chief Artistic Officer of Jewelry and High Jewelry, the “Sea of Wonder” collection draws deeply from the aquatic motifs first imagined by legendary designer Jean Schlumberger. Now in its third chapter, the collection weaves Schlumberger’s visionary language with Verdeille’s contemporary design sensibility, striking a harmonious balance between heritage and innovation.
“Each piece is a reverent tribute to the ocean’s hidden worlds—fluid, sculptural, and bursting with color,” says Verdeille.
A Journey Beneath the Waves
The collection is divided into six chapters, each exploring a different facet of marine life:
Ocean Flora: Celebrates delicate sea plants and coral formations with sinuous lines and vivid gems.
Seahorse: Whimsical and elegant, these pieces highlight the graceful charm of this ocean icon.
Sea Turtle: Rich textures and sculptural forms bring these ancient mariners to life.
Starfish: Sparkling symmetry and playful compositions channel underwater stars.
Urchin: Radiant spikes and bold silhouettes reflect nature’s sea-born armor.
Wave: Undulating gold and diamond forms evoke the ocean’s perpetual motion.
Where Fantasy Meets Craft
Each piece in the “Sea of Wonder” collection is a wearable ode to the sea, combining rare gemstones, meticulous handcrafting, and fluid design. Whether it’s a sapphire-studded sea turtle brooch or a diamond-strewn wave-inspired necklace, these creations reflect Tiffany’s commitment to honoring natural beauty through unparalleled artistry.
The Experience
Inside the Fifth Avenue landmark, visitors can immerse themselves in a curated “undersea” gallery—a multisensory space where jewelry floats like marine life in artful vitrines, echoing the deep-sea magic that inspired the collection.
