“It’s my husband’s thoughtful gift,” said the billionaire heiress, referring to Anand Piramal, her husband and the scion of the Piramal Group. The couple married in December 2018 and welcomed twins in November 2022.
In addition to the engagement ring, Isha received an abstract work by American painter Jennifer Guidi from her husband as a wedding gift. As an art enthusiast, this gift holds special meaning for her.

She hopes to dispel the stigma around IVF. “I’m quick to say that my twins were conceived via IVF to normalize it,” she said. “Nobody should feel isolated or ashamed.
