Ponthieux’s Jewelry Design Studio, a family-owned business in Greenville specializing in custom jewelry, is moving to a larger space.

The studio is relocating to a spacious 2,040-square-foot location at McDaniel Village shopping center. This new store will feature two additional jewelry showcases and an open-concept design, allowing customers to observe the custom design process. It will also accommodate more staff members.

Mike Ponthieux, founder and GIA Graduate Gemologist, expressed excitement about the move in a recent news release. “We’re thrilled to start this new chapter in McDaniel Village,” he said. “This expansion will help us offer more to our customers and maintain the personalized service they’ve enjoyed for over two decades.”

Established in 2001 by Mike and his wife, Wanda, who is the lead designer, Ponthieux’s Jewelry Design Studio has grown from Mike’s lifelong passion for jewelry making. With over 40 years of experience, the studio specializes in custom designs, repairs, appraisals, and restorations.

Wanda Ponthieux added, “Our new space in McDaniel Village will enhance our ability to serve our clients and inspire new creations. We’re excited to be part of this dynamic shopping center.”

McDaniel Village hosts a variety of businesses, including Augusta Nails, Bad Daddy’s, Panera Bread, and Pure Barre. The retail center is owned by Aston, which also manages other prominent locations in the Upstate like North Hills Shopping Center and Verdae Village.
